Wir sind im Urlaub zufällig auf das Restaurant gestoßen und sind absolut begeistert! Alles ist vegan und von hoher Qualität!
Die Burger und die Fritten sind phantastisch und auch die Vorspeisen stehen dem in nichts nach. Auch die hausgemachte Limonade sollte man unbedingt probieren, ich empfehle Erdbeer-Mango!
Wenn ihr dann hoffentlich nach dem Essen so zufrieden wie ich mit meiner Familie das Restaurant noch weiter unterstützen wollt, dann haben sie auch noch Merch (Tasse, Basecap, T-Shirt, etc.). Ich habe eine Tasse gekauft 🙂
Sollten wir wieder in Minneapolis sein, gehen wir auf jeden Fall wieder hin!

Stopped by Trio for dinner with friends while we were in town for a conference, and I’m glad that we did! I was drawn to this spot because it’s Black-owned and full of character—and it didn’t disappoint. The space has a cool, local vibe that feels authentic and inviting. They also have local art hanging on all the walls, which customers can purchase if they like which adds to it's welcoming atmosphere.

I’m not vegan, but I couldn’t resist trying the mac and cheese since it’s my favorite dish and I really enjoyed it! The owner himself was our server, and he was incredibly warm and welcoming. He took time to share the history of the restaurant, his aspirations, and his passion for its future, which made the experience even more special. He even took pictures with us before we left.

The service was great, and my friends loved their food as well. I'd definitely return if I'm ever in the area. I’m definitely looking forward to coming back to explore more of the menu. Trio is a true neighborhood staple with great food, great vibes, and a lot of heart. If you’re in town, make sure to check it out!

Love it! We went to eat at Trio for my birthday today without really knowing anything about it. The vibe was relaxing and the vegan food was great. The fried cauliflower was perfectly crunchy. My toddler loved the food too. (There is a kids’ menu but we just shared food from our meals.) The people were very nice.

Found Trio on Instagram. Wanted to try it since both my dad and sister are vegetarian. I ordered the BBQ Pit Burger which had two massive onion rings stacked on top with fries and ranch! Staff came out personally to check on us during the meal, everyone is extremely friendly and the food is AMAZING! 100/10, a must try and definitely will be coming back!

I have been coming here every time I am in Minneapolis! So far I have gotten their wrap, tacos, and most recently the nacho fries shown in the image. Each of them exceeded my expectations! I even liked their jackfruit meat which I was a bit skeptical about. I also tried the strawberry lemonade which was delicious!
Definitely a must try if you're in Minneapolis.

Oh my!!! I don’t know where to start. Greeted by the staff which didn’t feel friendly, it felt like Family. The colors of the place plus the items inside of it gave it a homey vibe. After using all my brain power to decide on something to get, I was shocked with the outcome. My table was welcomed by a generous amount of fries topped by a BBQ Jackfruit mix. Oh was the taste sooo savory and scrumptious. Fries were the right thickness to hold a fork full of jackfruit. Then if you pour the Cilantro Lemon Aioli on top, you might enter the afterlife. I wish it didn’t have to end. Then I went with a side of mac, which is something I don’t normally do however I had a good feeling about this one. And sure enough, I was not let down. The texture of the noodles and cheese complement to each other with such grace. I nearly ate through the bowl while eating them. I wish I lived in the area because I’ll be here couple times a week. This spot is an absolute GEM!! If you’re looking for something to not only fill you up but give you a smile while leaving as well. Then this is what you’re looking for. Huge shout out to the owner of this fine establishment. Thank you for having me. I’ll definitely will be back.

Of course coming here I wanted to try a bit of everything. Vegan food has been hard to come by especially one that you actually crave. Restaurant was beautiful. If you're contemplating coming here, definitely come. For a vegan I loved the Mac and cheeseburger. If you're an omnivore you cannot go wrong with the cauliflower wings, they are absolutely incredible. Also the cornbread was Savory like banana nut bread instead of sweet which was my favorite I ended up leaving with extra to go. Only thing I did not care for what's the ribs. It had that weird taste. Definitely the sauce on it was great though. I feel like a meatloaf with a mushroom, black bean and potato base would have been great with that sauce. Overall we were pleasantly surprised at how much I am craving to come back for these cauliflower wings?

I got the bbq pit. As some who is not vegan absolutely delicious! My sister no longer lives here but the Mac attack is her favorite food in the world so she had to get it! The appetizer of onion rings is huge! The cookies are enough for four! My favorite part was the ranch! I’m obsessed! Yes you can buy a bottle!!
