Our experience at Trio at Jubilee Complex over the past four months has been nothing short of outstanding, and we are pleased to continue our residency as we move to a larger apartment within the same building. This decision underscores the high level of satisfaction we've found here, particularly in terms of the peace and convenience this community offers.

The location is unparalleled for someone like myself who travels frequently for work. With just a 4-minute drive to the terminal and a 6-minute commute to my office, the convenience has significantly eased the challenges of frequent travel, allowing me to maximize both work and personal time. Additionally, the proximity to essential amenities—whether grocery stores, restaurants, schools or other services—within an 8-minute radius enhances our day-to-day living experience.

The community atmosphere and the exceptional staff truly distinguish Trio at Jubilee Park. The team—including Lyrene, Nathacha, Roxxie, Andrew, Shadeed, and the entire Maintenance crew—exemplifies professionalism and dedication. Their continuous efforts to maintain the complex to the highest standards contribute greatly to the quality of life here. The environment is always clean, well-kept, and welcoming, which has made our stay both comfortable and enjoyable.

Moreover, the sense of community among residents has been remarkable. Our closes neighbors have become like extended family, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment. Returning home after long trips is always a pleasure, and despite the close proximity to the airport, the soundproofing is so effective that the noise is negligible, ensuring a peaceful living experience.

We are excited to transition to a larger apartment within the same building and look forward to many more years of calling Trio at Jubilee Complex our home.

This is a 5 star apartment. I’m very happy with the office management Lyraine Valdes and Pamela also Natasha. Finally I can call a place home. 1 Tesla chargers , very futuristic apartment this people think in everything. Overall this is a unique experience. 7/4/24 Best maintenance team. Always there for anything supervisor was cleaning the pool at6am on a 4 of July so everyone can enjoy. You guys rock.

I had an amazing experience working with Natacha. From the moment we met, she was friendly, professional, and attentive. The tour of the apartment was fantastic. She really took the time to showcase all the features and answered every question I had with patience and detail. What truly stood out was how seamless she made the leasing process. Natacha was always responsive and went above and beyond to ensure I felt confident every step of the way. I'm so excited about my new home, and I couldn't have done it without her guidance and support. Highly recommend!

Place has been magical so far! Had some issues with our upstairs neighbors and some flooding because of our toilet and the office was kind and helpful throughout it all. Genuinely never felt like a burden and everyone was so kind and thoughtful (shout out to Natasha and the beautiful property manager Ms. Valdez). Maintenance was amazing as well, prompt and ready at a notice and also very nice about explaining things. (Shout out to Andrew as well)!
Overall, I still am incredibly honored to be here.

I can’t say enough about how impressed I am with this apartment complex! The atmosphere is top-notch, with a luxurious and modern design that truly feels like home. The customer service here is phenomenal—every staff member goes above and beyond to make sure all residents and guests are well taken care of. A highlight for me is the beautiful coffee station—always spotless and stocked with high-quality brews, perfect for my morning routine. Plus, the weekly treats they offer are a thoughtful touch that makes you feel valued. This place truly sets the standard for apartment living!

I'm honestly conflicted, which is why I gave 3 stars.
1. The biggest drawback is NO PHONE SIGNAL EVER when you're inside the building. The moment you step outside, phone signal magically appears. Weird. This happens no matter what phone company you're with (I've had guests who have different phone companies, all say the same thing).

2. multiple police cars (we're talking at least 5 cars) are here consistently 1/month. Don't know why.

3. walls are thin. I can hear my upstairs neighbor watching football, signing, just living. Can hear every single word CLEARLY. Meaning, they can probably hear me, too.

4. the key fobs don't work half the time, causing you to have to walk to another side of the building where you hope either the key fob works or it has the code thing that you can punch in. Why not have the code thing at every door? Slight inconvenience on a good day, frustrating when it's raining.

5. package room in the mailbox IS A NIGHTMARE. Every package goes in the same room, so you're left trying to find yours. It's the worst.

Things I enjoy:

I was blown away by how nice this complex is, and my leasing agent Barbara was so sweet and helpful throughout the entire process from touring to moving in, and she really helped me feel welcomed and appreciated! The apartment is very new so all the appliances and rooms are very modern, which is very nice. This place also has really cool amenities such as a movie room, a game room, and a business center.

One other big plus for me is the location - only a few minutes from the airport, 30 mins to Disney, less than 20 mins to the UCF area, and a lot of great shopping and dining in the shopping center nearby. Being very central to everything was important to me when looking for an apartment, and I really think this place has one of the best locations in Orlando in terms of proximity to major attractions.

Overall, I immediately fell in love with this apartment and I’m very excited to live here!
