I got the fries and the curry ramen. The fries were amazing. The texture is not like usual. It has a nice crunch on the outside, but it's gradually becomes soft/tender as you sink your teeth into it. The topping is great too. Ramen-wise, I thought the curry was too mild in flavor. The pork was really good, but you only get one piece. I'll definitely come back to try their other options on the menu.

We absolutely love Trio Ramen! It’s always fun to pop out here for dinner or lunch and the service is incredibly fast and friendly and the food is very good. There are not a ton of spots for Ramen in Madison now that Morris is closed but this spot helps scratch the itch. We love their gyoza and the tonkotsu ramen is always a hit! Also love their tea and boba selection!

Ordered the oyakodon, damn good. Large portion, good flavor, tender chicken thigh. Literally the best in town.

$85 for a smaller portion of ramen than most places in Madison. The basic bowl is very basic and you pay for all add ons most of which come normally at other ramen restaurants. The broth was greasy and the pork belly was one massive piece that was not tender. Also $6 for bubble teas is highway robbery. We will not be back, there are better ramen options in Madison for a fraction of the price.

I have gotten take out here and now have dined in. The food is amazing and the service is fantastic. I love the aesthetic, and the ramen is delicious! I used to live in Japan, and their ramen is truly authentic. ?Their milk tea and match milk tea are also highly recommended! The tapioca pearls are always fresh, and the teas are not too sweet! ?

One of the best ramen in Middleton.

Party of 2, lunch, quickly seated, simple menu and bring ambiance.

Ramen was so flavorful. Fried chicken was evenly cooked and kinda blended into the ramen soup. But pork was perfect blend with ramen. Must try Ramen with pork.

Service was good. We loved the ambiance. Try getting booths with window on the side.

Entrance faces west. Restrooms are clean.

I recommend this place and I will return for more ramen.

The BEST miso in Dane county. I already can’t wait to go back. Next visit, I’ll share pictures. Hands down, my favorite ramen place in town!!! And the staff is amazing too. Very attentive.

Edit: I didn’t have photos from my first experience so I had to go back for a second. 😉 This second trip, I ordered the Octopus Fritters. I’m not a huge octopus eater, not much experience with it, but these were AMAZING! I’ll definitely order them again. I also ordered the Gyoza. Always a win. Next, we had Miso Ramen again, because how can you not when it’s the best in town. And then the Shrimp Fried Rice. Very flavorful! And cooked perfectly. The service was amazing just like the first time also!
